Meet our Sponsors and where they will be on the day

At Techosaurus, our multi-award-winning Somerset-based EdTech company helps individuals and organisations Use Technology Better, from AI and automation to modern ways of working, with a focus on adopting technology safely, responsibly and practically in everyday work.

Techosaurus is proud to be a Supporting Sponsor of LifeIn AI 2026. As well as being on the floor throughout the day, there are two opportunities to join us at this year’s event.

First, we’ll be running a hands-on, interactive workshop in the morning. Later in the day, Scott from Techosaurus will deliver the event’s closing keynote, exploring how AI can extend what we are capable of, give us time back and help us think more carefully about the human skills and experiences we want to protect.

Helping people and organisations Use Technology Better

12:15 - 13:15: Do More Human Work (Workshop room)
Finding the AI Opportunity in Your Working Week, with Scott Quilter

AI should not give people another 400 things to learn. It should help them spend less time on repetitive work and more time on the work that needs human judgement, creativity and connection.

In this practical, interactive workshop, participants will identify one frustrating or time-consuming task from their own working life, break it into its component parts and decide what should remain human, where AI could assist, what might be automated and what could be removed altogether.

Participants will then turn one opportunity into a clear AI delegation brief using Techosaurus’s ROAR framework. They will leave with a practical use case they can test in their own organisation, together with clear boundaries for using AI safely and responsibly.

No technical knowledge is required and participants do not need to bring a laptop. A phone, tablet, or laptop can be used to test the activity, but the workshop is designed to work equally well using the provided worksheet.

16:30 - 17:00 AI Gives Us Time. What Are We Going to Do With It?
(Keynote Area)

AI creates plenty of strong opinions, and resistance often starts with fear of what we don’t yet understand. In this closing keynote at LifeIn AI 2026, Scott Quilter looks at how education can turn fear into informed choice, how AI can extend what ordinary people are capable of, and why we should think carefully about what we automate in the first place.

If these tools genuinely give us time back, the opportunity is bigger than simply squeezing more work into the day. It’s a chance to protect the things that make us human: curiosity, judgement, creativity, relationships and the lived experience that makes each of us different.

Because when everyone has AI on tap, the thing that still stands out is you.

About Techosaurus

Techosaurus helps people and organisations Use Technology Better through practical training, consultancy and support across AI, automation, digital skills and modern ways of working.

We help organisations build the confidence and capability to make better use of the technology already around them, understand where emerging technologies can genuinely add value and turn that potential into practical improvements in everyday work.

Our approach starts with people and real business challenges rather than technology for its own sake. We help organisations explore how AI and automation can reduce unnecessary administration, improve processes, support better decision-making and customer service, and give people more time for the work that requires human judgement, creativity and connection.

Through practical training, workshops and consultancy, we help organisations build the skills, confidence and governance needed to adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Our work spans AI adoption, automation, digital skills, process improvement and modern ways of working, with a focus on turning new capabilities into meaningful improvements in everyday work.

Scott Quilter, Co-Founder and Chief AI & Innovation Officer at Techosaurus, is a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. He works across business, education and the public sector as an AI educator, speaker and digital transformation specialist. His focus is on making AI understandable and useful, helping people build the confidence to explore what it can do while making informed decisions about where it should, and should not, be used.
